2013 Ayoub Pinot Noir Mosè - A zingy nose akin to a Jolly Rancher, with subtle tones of ripe peaches, strawberries, and even a bit of peppermint. Soft and rich with juicy nectarines and red cherries, ending with some wonderful umami notes. Interesting style of rosè. Made with white Pinot noir and saignèe juice which lends to a longer drinking window, though now this lovely wine is showing its parts and age.
