Varietal Cab franc from the Upper Galilee. Nicely forward on the nose with red fruit laced with violets. Crushed green peppers than make an appearance, but this isn't too overtly green. Still a bit tannic on the palate, but all in balance. I made this wine for Trio, owners of Avidan, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
