Well balanced with acidity, big smooth ripe tannins, long finish ending with oak and creamy vanilla spice. Has room to age. Nice!

A very nice cab, but Paso Robles has a slightly acidic “pinot”-style bite. Different than Napa. In a blind taste I might have confused it with syrah! 2018.
