Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice label, but it stops there! Aromas of simple red fruits and some spices. The palate shows over ripe black plums leaning towards the tart side. Harsh tannins that stay behind. Medium finish ending hot and spicy. Not enjoyable. Pass. Tasting Sample.

Pairs perfectly with a standing rib roast medium rare...yum! Merry Christmas!

Had the 2015 Austerity, so oaky and smooth!

Smooth not oaky Can Sauv. Cheap buy but good quality!

Love Austerity... I get it at Sprouts. Lovely dinner wine. Or just whenever...
