Been quite some time since I’ve had a Meursault, this shows the fat fruit and intense underlying minerality I associate with fine Meursault, seems way too young to drink (and should further improve with moderate (3-5 years?) cellaring), but the impressive long finish has it singing tonight, lovely!! Served with some fresh wild grilled California sea bass.
