Rich yet restrained, lots of structure suggest 3-5 years of cellaring is merited, long, lingering finish, I don’t drink much Red Burgundy these days, but this is very, very impressive, should go well with the grilled Alaskan halibut I’m about to grill, for which my wife has made a red sauce.
