Color of light tea, a bit bubbly. Nose of ripe papaya, ripe pineapple, spice, ripe pear, flowering and honey note, and a bit salty. Taste is drier than I thought, with nice acidity of lime, salty mineral, refreshing lemon, while the ripe fruit and honey notes are hidden underneath. Aftertaste is medium with savory acidity, more ripe pear, clean, crisp, and nice balanced flavors.
