Jeremiah Diaz

Clear, pale ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary and secondary aromas of cherries, hibiscus, and smoke; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of tart cherries, blackberries, tart, and dried herbs with a long finish. This wine needs to breath a bit. It is intense and complex, but the tannins overpower the fruit.  Overall, I rate this wine as very good. It definitely i m proves with air. Nellie likes it.
