Needs time to open but once it does lovely, light in structure

Pleasant, a bit sweet, balanced

Binner is one of the heroes of the modern wine world. No filtration or added sulfites. Organic and biodynamic. Pure terroir is what you get from his wines. This 2014 vintage needs more time but it is still fantastic. Significantly different than the '13 with higher alcohol and also more light and crisp. I loved it but will need to revisit in six months.

Amazing birthday pairing with an incredibly diverse group of plates.

Absolutely amazing all natural Riesling. No additions whatsoever. Aromas of meyer lemon, petrol and cheese shop funk! The palate is dry and full of life and meyer lemons and ripe peach. The finish dances on the palate for minutes. $30

Gorgeous ripeness, incredible texture from lees ageing in ancient barrel.
