Beautiful trouble yellow. Fluo.
Nose is on the honey, dried apricot, white flowers, anis, bee wax, citrus, metal.
So fresh ! Bitter grappefruit, lemon skin, metal, honey, wax, hydrocarbons. Not so sweet.
Loooong ! On the litchi.
Perfectly balanced, long.
What a great wine.

Un très jolie jaune trouble tirant vers le fluo.
Le nez s'annonce sur le miel, l'abricot sec, les fleurs blanches, l'anis, la cire d'abeille, agrumes, métallique !
Tellement frais ! Pamplemousse amer, zeste de citron, métallique, cire, miel, hydrocarbures.
Sucré mais pas trop.
Très long, sur la litchi.
L'équilibre entre sucré acide est parfaite.
Quel beau vin !
