Assemblage of Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Muscat. 24 months on old foudres, bio naturelle wine without sulfite. A taste with butterscotch, a bit a fat wine in the positive meaning: a la, a painting of a beautiful woman like Rubens painted them. Yes, I am happy 🙃, although without covid19 this would be a day I would have been in Alsace for a studytrip 😢 / Paired with a Asian dish with shrimps and squid in oystersauce.
