1 hour decant. A marvelous dark ruby red color. On the nose: beautiful notes of spiced cherries, vanilla, forest floor, charcuterie, spearment. Taste: smooth, juicy, elegant wine with red tart berries, cedar, orange peel, minerals, and a smokey tea dry finish. YUM!
