Lovely and complex white burg Montrachet for a Saturday lunchtime charcuterie plate. Soaring acidity with stone fruits that’s balanced by the fattiness I love in a good white burg. The bouquet has some ethereal qualities that make it so fun to just nose for quite some time - stone fruits like apricot and peach. Long finish. No complaints here
