This bottling is created expressly for Daniel Boulud restaurants. Clean, pretty pale gold, with a forward nose redolent of apple and yellow fruit augmented by well balanced oak. All continues on the palate with a lovely silly texture. Fruity without being cloying. Nice long finish. A bit light on acidity for food pairing
