The most sherry-like despite the lack of added distillate. More texture than the 03 with dominant notes of v.a. mixed with caramel and salt.

10 yrs sous voile (I'm told). The most Sherry-like wine there is without using a distillate. Amber , bruised apple, nutty-craziness, with a finish that faded a little too fast.

Raisins, bitter herbs, oxidized green apples, some creamy notes. Paired well with Sichuan food
