Very solid wine. Impressive and expressive, though a bit over-extracted.

A peer wrote "smidge of salami on the nose"...and since I'm easily swayed by suggestion, I'm inclined to agree.... but I'd elaborate with mentions of purple flowers, dusty, chalky with a smattering of blackberries

Sweet but not too, with a bit of spice. Nice with pasta and chocolate!

This 07 Cab has tons of oak and blackberry nose. Strong tannins, peppery finish. #cabernetsauvignon #atlaspeak #springmountaindistrict
