Produced by Athenais Béru of Chateau de Béru. Tasting pour at Raw Wine LA about two weeks ago. I was wondering why a Burgundy Chablis producer would be making s Provence Vermentino, but turns out it was because their Chardonnay crop was wiped out by frost in 2016, so they had to look elsewhere for grapes. We really enjoyed this one.
