So this is perplexing, if not troubling to me. Apple, intertwined with lemon curd and toasty oak with a slight hint of grass. Medium-bodied with a creamy finish. To this oenophile, it's coming off more like a Chardonnay rather than a Sauvignon Blanc. As a Chard, it's an 88. As a Sauv Blanc, an 86.

Excellent wine, crisp with some minerality. Great with tonight's salmon.
