I had to laugh to myself putting my nose in the glass. Is there any other wine as instantaneously recognizable? Nothing apologetic here. Grass and grapefruit to the core with a brilliantly snappy acidity. This wine is sharp as a tack and a pitch perfect example of variety and geography.

Dry, very acidic, light on flavor, but surprisingly long. Tasted 14 December 2021
