Ashes & Diamonds Blanc 2018: Medium-plus bodied. Aromatic nose. Excellent balanced & great acidity. Citrus, green apple & green veg from the Sauvignon Blanc and melon, apricot & tropical fruits notes from the Sémillon. Creamy crisp finish. This is an absolute gorgeous Bordeaux style blend from Napa and from the skilled winemaking abilities of Steve Matthiasson. An excellent, refreshing wine selection for pool time & new friends!
