Drinking the 2012. Took one sip when we first opened the bottle. Didn’t love it. As it opened up through the night it mellowed out, got smoother and is really fantastic. Bold and smooth.

Black cherry and dark berry flavors. Maybe could have waited to open but very drinkable now.

A light bodied wine, that was just over the hill, but still drank well. Light ruby red in color with a floral nose. Not long on the finish with a hint of Carmel. Tannins still had a bite.
