On the nose: artificial strawberry, apple blossom, and cream soda. The palate is not very dry or viscous, light bodied, and lower carbonation than expected. Interesting to have a sparkling red for a change. Kate gifted this to Alex for his birthday.

Bright and floral with apple blossom, citrus and honeydew melon on the nose. A dry and lively palate with a lemon meringue and more florals that showcase a beautifully crafted Canadian sparkling from the Okanagan. Was lovely paired with some soft cheeses, apples, pears and prosciutto in our charcuterie board.
