Last Friday was our normal 4th Friday happy hour at the storage facility, but since this month had 5 Fridays, why not keep the party going?!
Cherry pie with vanilla ice cream. Talk about delicious! Wow. Almost pop and pour. No note was too dominant or in your face. Everything felt in harmony. Nose and palate mimicked each other with oak, cherry, birch and sandalwood and black licorice.

Sep 30th, 2017This is soft and refined. Loads of cherries stand out to me on the palate. Some cedar and vanilla. It’s a light vs bold wine so will pair well with the Filet portion of the Porterhouse...glad I opened two (different) bottles...this is delicious and a two hour decant was perfect.

Sep 16th, 2017Lots of stone and blue fruits. Medium bodied. Cab franc takes the lead here so savory notes abound. Smooth tannins. As lovely as this is I'm preferential to their cabs - especially their Dr. Crane cab.
