This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Nashville, Tennessee. Drinking very much like a California Cabernet with a touch of Napa.
Full-bodied with medium acidity and long long legs.
Dry on the palate with mild complexity.
Showing black fruits with sweet cedar, vanilla, leather, spices, earth, chocolates, tobacco, peppercorn, coffee and cola.
Nice length on the finish with fine grained tannins.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime.
A good sipping wine, but good with food too. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.
Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years and see how it evolves.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking very nicely now. Showing black fruits with oak, vanilla milk chocolate coffee, tobacco spices peppercorn.

Easy drinking with a nice mouthfeel.
Good by itself as a sipping wine by the porch.

I would say this Cab wine is on the American Cali style cab with dark red fruits aromas/flavors specifically cherries, plum, baking spice and we had it paired with white chocolate gnoche. Definitely a full to medium bodied purplish wine that was tannin forward — an addition we paired it with cookies and crème chocolate that pushes the wine to darker depths!!!

Fruity and smooth. Delicious and would be incredible when paired with a steak dinner. Best cabernet that I've had. It's pricey but I would argue that it's worth the price.
