A simple and harsh Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina.
Showing black fruits with earth, wood, spices, peppercorn, dark coffee, tobacco leaf, vegetables and bitter herbs.
Dry on the palate with medium acidity.
Short finish with soft tannins.
Needs time to open up properly.
Would be a good idea to wait a few more years for it to mature a little.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

A beautiful fruity, bold, cab franc. Fruit forward with red tart aromas and flavors followed by notes of tar and chocolate. High tannins and nice structure.
