My first Argentine Cab Franc. This is New World in every sense, but the oak is integrated beautifully and the wine is balanced and classy. Crimson color, nose of brambly, super-lifted red and blue fruit and subtle baking spices. Acid and tannin are in striking balance, and the finish is pure and long. Not overly complex, but certainly delicious.

The wine started right and all alcohol after resting it was a nice wine with medium fruit mid palate. This one depends on the price point!

I was in the mood for a Cab Franc, and this hit the spot. I will say it was much better the first day than the second, though that's not a huge surprise.
