Pleasant with Pat’s lasagna ($20), but La Quercia Montepulciano d'Abruzzo would have been a better choice.

Apr 25th, 2023A beautiful fruity, bold, cab franc. Fruit forward with red tart aromas and flavors followed by notes of tar and chocolate. High tannins and nice structure.

Oct 6th, 2019My first Argentine Cab Franc. This is New World in every sense, but the oak is integrated beautifully and the wine is balanced and classy. Crimson color, nose of brambly, super-lifted red and blue fruit and subtle baking spices. Acid and tannin are in striking balance, and the finish is pure and long. Not overly complex, but certainly delicious.
