Maple Vineyards Zinfandel

Extracted, kinda simple, flabby. No wonder the blowout price $20 below release. Serviceable at $14.99. Burger wine.

Bright fruit, spice, decent acid and tannins

Celebrating a great friend of the same name. Perfect with steak and asparagus

Paired with ribs and a stormy 85 degrees

Pours a dark purplish red. Flavors of boysenberry, cocoa, and maybe a little caramel. A fantastic nose, too. I loved this wine introduced to me by my brother Michael. It went perfectly with the New York steaks we paired it with. Made the coronavirus lockdown just a little more bearable.

Jammy jam jam. Goes well with a hamburger.

Drinkable. Fruit forward. Minimal tannins.

A very strong and spicy Zinfandel from Armida. Very unique and seductive. I will always have a bottle or two tucked away.

Very smooth fruity minimal tannin and carries 14+ alcohol
