Don’t quite understand the magnum aging process, but these are some impressive bubbles. It may be called “Intense” but it’s pretty effortless. Nice nervy tension, not overly rich or brioche-y. Almost half Pinot Meunièr with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay filling out the blend.
