This is the wine (along with Entre Nous - RIP) that introduced me to a different style of SB that is the antithesis of what I thought SBs were all like. Not a grassy note in sight on this wine, and more tropical than citrus fruits shine through. And just like that, the bottle's gone. Happy Monday.

This is a really terrific Sauvignon Blanc! Layers of citrus and melon with a nice, crisp minerality. Pretty floral notes as well. The bottle age has given this a really lovely roundness and fullness on the palate. I’m sure this would continue to develop beautifully for several more years.
