Slightly better than the Gilbert Jacquesson. Less sweet but still a bit too much for me. This has better depth, character, much more chalk, volcanics.
Strawberries, creamed cherries, some blackberries, baguette crust, good presence of chalkiness, saline, sea fossils, pink & red roses, good acidity, nice balance in the finish.
@K&L Rosé tasting in advance of V-day
