Candied just-ripe black cherries, purple plum and black raspberry, currant leaf. An herb I can’t quite pinpoint... fresh savory or bay? With a hint of earth and kalamata. Brilliant ruby hue, very focused palate of red fruit/ strawberry. Really nice.

Luminous red. Inviting aromas of ripe red cherry, raspberry nectar, cinnamon, and minerals. Fresh and juicy, with lovely inner-mouth perfume to the mineral and sweet, spicy red berry flavors. Finishes long and fragrant. Perhaps not as concentrated as some past Frappatos from this estate, but a lovely wine nonetheless. (Ian D'Agata, Vinous, August 2019)

You know, it was good, but those was wasn’t everything I was hoping for. It smelled a little too volatile for me. Still enjoyed it.

From Boeufhaus, loved it. The 2017 is a fresh and elegant red wine. The nose presents notes reminiscent of violets, cherries and certain citrus fruit. On the palate it is a light wine, full of fruit. It is persistent and with an acidity that brings freshness.

Great with a chill on the hottest day of the year. Juicy red fruits, high-toned, mineral, perfect with pizza 🍕🍓🍒⛰⚡️

Wow! For some reason this wine is pretty well allocated in the Midwest. What a beautiful bottle. The nose Screams bright red fruit think raspberry, cherries, Red currents. This wine has a fantastic acidity to it gripping yet balanced. Lighter in style this wine is insanely drinkable at 12.5%. Easily one of my top 10 wines of the year, perfect wine for summer with a slight chill on it.

Really well balanced, lighter Italian & natural Frappato. Ripe plum and a little spice. Delicious wine.

Super interesting. Needs time to soften given its age, but taste profile continued to challenge the palate from first sip to last.

Enjoyed with sauted chicken
Felt like a great merlot, smooth transition, but still great long lasting taste
