Fresh and clean on entry, then delivers noteworthy tannic bite to the orchard fruit and saline flavors. Finishes with explosive lemony freshness on the long back end. As others have mentioned very floral leaning towards roses. Flavors of green apple and mellow tropical fruit. Low acid and doesn't linger on the pallete. Paired exceptionally well with a spicy veggie curry I made. The wine gave a wide berth to the food making for a nice complimentary pairing.
