Unlike any frappato I’ve had. Savory herbs, sweet and sour berries, maybe not menthol but some essential oil. Overall lots of yummy fruit but no cooked strawberry which is my usual turnoff for this variety

Pleasant wine with sweet cherries and peppercorn. After about 2hrs turned quite tart.
