Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, strawberries, earth, herbs, spices and light chocolates.
Nice finish with tangy raspberries.
This young sparkling Pinot Noir from Oregon is nicely balanced and easy drinking. Showing mild complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and with a light chill, a great pool wine.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged for 3 years on the lees. Made in the Traditional Method.
