I reckon it’s all about that clarity, rich texture, and a certain kind of balance. There’s perhaps a bit more of that oak than you might sometimes prefer, & just a touch of alcohol heat to it, but it’s right nice. Still would a let it set a spell had I known, but I’ll hazard I think the ratio is a little harsh in its analysis.
