2005 vintage. Very strong butterscotch and honeyed quality. I don't have a ton of experience with aged Champagne/sparklers, so not sure what to expect. Not much in the way of biscuit/autolytic notes, more poached yellow apple, baked pear, butterscotch, vanilla, honeybutter, candied lemon, honeyed almonds.
