Korem Isola dei Nuraghi Bovale

Dark. Deep, earthy, terroir. Dark, dark fruit but it's not driving the bus.

A new grape for me (bovale), from Sardinia. Heavy on the nose, distinct peppery note and ripe. Better when open 45 minutes. With Sly in London.
