Beautiful flavours of blackberry, cherry, chocolate and oak. Wonderful balance. A new favourite!

Taste profile a bit tarty at first but fully develops after a few sips. Has smooth finish. Good for savory or salty entrees but avoid with anything sweet. Good to try, specially if you can get it at a good price.
