Highly enjoyable wine. Rich cream mouthfeel, accents of vanilla and dark red fruits. Not complex but delicious and goes down easy with burgers. My mom says the mouthfeel reminds her of when the milkman would deliver fresh bottles to her house when she was young and she drank the top part with the cream.

Simple, delicious wine. Great QPR at $13 from Garagiste. Their notes: “Velvet, spice, soaring aromatics, tinges of Iberico and layers of fruit that lure the taster into a dreamy haze (or is that the ether-like alcohol of 15.5%?”)

It took 24 hours for this to shed enough oak and alcohol influence to become an interesting wine with some complexity. There's gotta be a better way!

Overly jammy, with licorice and tart cherry flavors. A bit vegatal on the finish too. Disjointed and unbalanced. This is a pass.

Jammy BlackBerry pie, leather, and charcoal. Initially this is overly jammy but after letting it open (in the bottle) for about 2 hrs, it has soften and became more balanced.

Aromatic Grenache with solid Syrah foundation. Absurd for the price.
