Bright, very delicate citrus, herbal and floral flavors, not a loud wine, but very pleasant.

Classic Italian crisp dry white in structure but with lovely citrus and elderflower notes. Winemaking in Gavi has evolved beyond recognition and is a much better expression of Cortese than was the case a generation ago.

Delicious. Very much enjoyed. Not particularly strong flavored but well balanced and bright.

Liked this one. Dry, bright, goes nicely with seafood.

It's been a while since I've had a Gavi. Crisp yet soft, very dry minerality, lemon, and a hint of elderflower. Such a nice simple white for an aperitif, especially for this price. I tried pairing it with prosciutto and dried apricots, but it doesn’t carry enough weight (12.5% abv but feels lighter). Better with something starchy like crostini.
