Great acid and minerality. Wonderful citrus fruit. Briny.

Honey, stone fruits and mineral stones - rather shuttle and flat on the palate but easy drinking.

Pleasant, the high acidity is well managed, with more body than Bizkaia or Getariako txakolinak.

Great vintage for the Xarmant Txakoli de Alava. Richer and fuller in body than I remember it. Very "winey"--tastes like grape skins; delicious with fresh tomatoes and burrata cheese...

Very interesting nose, maybe this is the chalkiness Molly always talks about. Lime, unripe peaches, lots of minerals. Summer sipper. Not as nice as the Txalolinas of late.
