Big napa red wine. A touch of brett but not too much. Blows off with air. Chewy tannins that have mellowed w age. I love 8 to 12 yr old cabs. Just enough age to be earthy and mature but still so much vibrant fruit.

This is a very good red, a blend of 79% Cab, 15% Merlot & 6% Petite Sirah. You will truly enjoy this with a good steak.
