Apothic blends never disappoint me, never great, but always good.
This is a sweet white, tastes of apricot and peach, with a crisp finish.
A food pairing would have to be something that would benefit from this wines sweetness,
Hmmm ?, pork chops comes to mind.

This is a basic white wine with not too much going on. Not too sweet, but not a half dry either, it kind of hits the middle of the sweet scale for whites. A slight fruit flavor but nothing overpowering. A good white for people who just want to have something, but this wasn’t a wine for me to want another bottle.
