Vintage 2017 / great effort from this leading Dutch winery Apostelhoeve with its long tradition. Nervous. Vibrant. Paired wonderful with home made Mihoen Singapore with shrimps, egg and roasted pork.

Wonderful bright golden color. True Granny Smith apples all around-- including the fruits mouthful of acidity. A mouthful of acid for sure not killing you. Not bad for an '09 vintage.

Pear peach quince, floral, lily
More stonefruit flavor, mineral, slate, petrochor, and very long minerals acidic finish. Very good.

The smell is better than the taste, but a good one for casual evenings.

Zachte Riesling met een lichte goute de petrol. In combinatie met een zacht gebakken stukje heilbot met spinazie op verschillende wijze bereid met een verfijnde beurre blanc.
