four days open stoppered in fridge makes this a great zoom finisher....pleasantly oxidized now it’s got enough dill to make an artisanal pickle and it’s tropical edge arcs toward apothecarial. some residual tension in the back with the acid even more present, and that grapefruit just a whisper. I would wager you can age this bottle.
