A very good - but not great - carmenere. Terrific nose with lots of floral character. A bit hot on the palate - probably needed to be a few degrees cooler - but exhibits nice balance and a full mouthfeel. The finish is good but thins out a bit toward the end (which may also be related to the temperature). I suspect that the combination of a slightly lower serving temperature with a couple of more years in bottle might make this one sing.
