Dec 26th, 2019Vintage 2015 / 80% raisiny Merlot, fermented in stainless steel. 20% Pignolo with 12 months in barrel. Rich wine from #Puglia. I don’t like the Amarone style usually, but this wine is a positive exception. / Partnered with cheeses. Does it very well with cheddar.

Like Amarone? You're going to love this. Dried whole berry fermentation. Velvety texture, unbelievable balance and delicate flavor.
