Pale pale lemon gold color, thick viscous legs yet light body. Tangerine and honeysuckle with hints of rose garden on the nose. Ripe peach, blood orange, lime zest, with notes of elderflower and baked biscuit on the finish. Like a well-balanced Sauv Blanc. Very nice; so hard to find a really nice white. Would go well with shellfish and cream pasta dishes

A little fruity, good summer wine for patio drinking. Not much depth

This bouquet is straight up raw honey.

Apricots, subtle hints of fresh ginger, limestone mineral bouquet.

Fruit-forward. Slightly puckerish, tartness.

Smooth mouthfeel. Silk and luxurious.

Not all wine brings up such strong images while I drink it. This one absolutely does. I think of Greece and the sea and turquoise and limestone and old architecture. I think of the respite of love and the adventure of life.

~$20 at Astor Wine & Spirits.

Steal.

almost off-dry, but superb value - a little honeyed, grapefruit, floral, perfect for spice and char

A really great "hot summer night" wine. Bright with lemons and a subtle saltiness. Can imagine being on a veranda overlooking the Aegean.
