Dry, crisp, slightly tart, with nice mineral aftertaste. Nice light white to pair with seafood.

Absolutely my favourite Friday night wine with a Vietnamese. Nothing says middle class more than a wine that cost more than your take away. Lovely. Shame I can't find it anymore!
